He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph William Tolley, Sr. and Betty Lou Smith Tolley; his stepfather Cecil Sweet; and his grandparents, Susie Smith and Rory Tolley.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Tolley; his children, Branden Moses and Caroline Tolley; his son-in-law Gary Sullivan; his sisters, Brenda Whittaker, Deborah Young and Cindy Huffman; his granddaughter Elena Sullivan; his niece Elizabeth Plunkett; and his nephew John Plunkett. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
