He is survived by: his wife Josephine Lee Phillips; his daughters, Wendolyn Phillips and Felecia Phillips; his grandchildren, Christian Phillips of Garland, TX and Chelsea Phillips of Garland, TX; his siblings, Burdis Phillips of Madison, Rufus Phillips of Greenwood, Julia Antoine of Itta Bena, Dorothy Torrey of Madison, Shirley Ruth Phillips of Winona and Rebecca Bailey of Winona; and his goddaughter Duwanda Singleton of Okolona. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-love, nieces, nephews, other relatives in friends.
