With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Kelly of Itta Bena, Mississippi, born in Greenwood, Mississippi, who passed away on September 7, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mable Wilson Kelly and Rex O. Kelly; his brothers, Rex Kelly, Jr. and Fred Kelly; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Green Carroll.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Green Kelly of Itta Bena; his sons, Wayne Kelly (Kristin) of Oxford and Matt Kelly (Marty) of Madison; his brothers, Jimmy Kelly (Linda) of Flora and Larry Kelly (Jennifer) of Greenwood; and his brother-in-law Bill Carroll of Itta Bena.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org/donate or 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
