He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Vickers and Ruby Lee Vickers; and his son Steve Vickers. He is survived by: his wife Mary Vickers; his children, Vicky Clark (Jimmy) and Chris Vickers (Donna); his stepchildren, Pam Yarborough (Tim), Don Carmeans (Robin, Wayne Carmeans) and Kevin Carmeans (Markay); and his siblings, Josephine Gullett and James Lewis Vickers (Shirley). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
