He is survived by: his children, William Ovell "Willie" Winters III (Cyndi) and April Bass (Michael); his grandchildren, Darby Hamilton (Jeffrey) and Dalton Ladnier; his great grandchild Cayden Hamilton; his sister JoAnn Lowe; and also, Lana Adams, Mollie Reeves and Colby Ivy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
