It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jonathan Scott Taylor of Hurley, Mississippi, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Sue Taylor; his grandparents, Clarence Joseph Anderson Sr., Barbara Jeanette Anderson, Yancy Peter and Frances Louise Taylor; and his significant other Lisa Jones.
He is survived by: his father John Carlton Taylor of Hurley, MS; his close friend Lisa Jones; his son CJ Taylor of Hurley, MS; his grandchildren, Jonathan and Amber Goff; his sisters, Stephanie Burks (Adam) of Moss Point, MS, Lauren Martino (Brandon) of D'Iberville, MS and Lindsey Taylor of Daphne, AL; his nieces, Sydney Burks, Leila Burks, Emily Burks and Gemma Martino; and his nephew Ian Burks.
The family requests that anyone attending the memorial service please wear a face mask to protect our friends and family and to help reduce the spread of Covid-19.
