He is survived by: his sons, Charles Kypton Ridge Baxter and Houston Jake Baxter; his parents, James Baxter and Michelle Baxter; his brother Daniel Baxter (Savannah); his niece Bailee Baxter; his grandmothers, Joan Caraway and Josie Baxter; and his girlfriend Mariah Tingle. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other family members and friends.
