He is survived by: his spouse Rosalene Scarbrough; his children, Jeffrey Browning (Lisa), Joel Browning and Jennifer Bray (Keith); his grandchildren, Andrew Browning (Christa), Jillian Browning, Anna Browning, Alex Browning, Walker Bray, Tempie Clare Bray, Hartley Bray, Ella Browning, John Lankford, Randale Lankford and Bryant Lankford; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Maizie; his siblings, Ralph Browning (Sandy), Patsy Switzer (E. L.), Ricky Browning (Carolyn) and Judy Leonard (Bobby); his sister-in-law Willa Dean Scarbrough Triplett; his friend Gay Nell Hill; and also Lisa Tanner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
