She was predeceased by: her son Ronald Velon Shepherd; her parents, Mary Christine Camp Forsyth and John Wallace Forsyth, Sr.; and her siblings, John Wallace Forsyth, Jr. and Katie Mae Forsyth Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Kay Shepherd Brawner and Patricia Annette Shepherd South; her grandchildren, Sandra Brawner Butler, Jeffery Brawner, Kristy South Ferguson, Rebecca South Kirk, Regina South and Shannon Shepherd; her great grandchildren, Cindy Butler, Chad Butler, Brittany Gelsinger, Megan Ferguson Watkins, Bailey Gelsinger, Mallory Ferguson, Madelyn Ferguson, Gage Brawner, Brylee South Scruggs, Ronan Brawner, Karis Kirk, Samuel Kirk and Micah Kirk; and her daughter-in-law Karen Shepherd. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Life Choices or to the Building Fund of First Baptist Church of Horn Lake.
