He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy and Mabel of West Salem, Wisconsin; and his sons, Jeffrey and Jay. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; his children, Julee Brown of Palmetto, Florida, Jeff of Horn Lake and Jene Rogers (Jack) of Hernando; his grandchildren, Sarah Parker of Olive Branch and Kyle Rogers of Japan; and his brothers, Douglas of Roseville, Tom (Kathy) of Kailua Kona and Chester (Deb) of St. Francis, Wisconsin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made in Jerry's name to The American Cancer Society or Cancer Research Institute, New York, N.Y. The family would like to thank North Delta Hospice House in Southaven for their care and support.
