He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgerton "Ketchie" Welch and Mary McLin Welch of Chillicothe; his stepmother Emma Ruth Welch; and his sister Sarah Young Welch. He is survived by: his wife Gina Lott Welch; his stepson Brandon Gilmore (Krista); his grandsons, Hunter and Holden; his siblings-in-law, Robert Lott, Ricky Lott (Barbara), Cindy Simmons, Susan Wiles and Karla Lott (Lance); his nephew William Young (Bill); his niece Abigail Young Hayo; and his friends, Jon Diggetts, Robert Pinson (Fluffy), Robert Wilhite (Bob), Harvey Donoho, Lance Long, Ed Robertson, Margaret Head, Ester Houston, Larry Melte, Bob Stewart, Tommy Hefner and Jack Smith. He is also survived by several great nephews and one great niece.
