With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tyler Herrick Fletcher of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on March 18, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Rawls and Herbert Herrick Fletcher; his former wife Shirley Gardner Wilkerson; his wife Gerry; and his son Leslie R. Fletcher.

He is survived by: his sons, Desmond W. (Stacy) of Reston, VA, Hugh H. (Jane) of Tucson, AZ., Dr. Gardner L (Carol) of Hattiesburg, MS and Tyler R. Fletcher (Faye Anderson) of Salado Texas. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Colonel Tyler H Fletcher Administration of Justice Leadership Award at the University of Southern Mississippi.
