She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rutledge and Beulah Rutledge; and her husband Albert "Joe" Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela W. Kinton of McLaurin; her grandchildren, Jason R. Kinton of McLaurin and Sherrie Kinton of Gulfport; and her sisters, Rhoda Butler and Nini Newsome.
