He was predeceased by: his father Henry "Hank" William Bellows, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Young Bellows; his wife Susan Jeanne Bellows; his daughter Alexis Bellows Goodman (Travis); and his siblings, Rebecca Crawford (Mike), Bethany Bowden (Sid), Brent Bellows (Ashley) and Blythe Lamonica (Neal). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
