He was predeceased by: his parents, Bridget Kauchick and Frank Kauchick; and his daughter Karen Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Andree Glover Kauchick; and his children, Jaylene Yurko (Mike), John Patrick Kauchick of Purvis and Michael Edward Kauchick of Kileen. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and one great, great, grandson.
