He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Coburn McMillin and Juanita Dooley McMillin. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly M. Viehweg (Kurt); his grandchildren, Kavie Danielle Viehweg (James), Belle Viehweg of Florida and Zain Wolfgang Viehweg; and his great grandchild James Earl Blackwell IV. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many special friends.
