He is survived by: his parents, Susan "Susie" Vaughn Welch of Hattiesburg and Henry W. Welch of West; his sister Carly Suzette Welch of Woodmere, NY; and his grandmother Margarita Vaughn. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
