He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "Punchie" Palmer and Dorothy S. Palmer; and his brother Dale M. Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bonnett Palmer of Hattiesburg, MS; and his brothers, Ted Palmer (Beth) of Hattiesburg, MS and Mike "Bodie" Palmer of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
