He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Headley and Lizzie Headley; his son Jerry Headley; and his siblings, Herbert Headley, Robert Headley, Jimmy Headley, Alton Headley and Thelma Ann Shattles.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Headley; his children, Ricky Headley (Paula), Kenneth Headley (Cynthia) and Barbara Robbins (Joe); his daughter-in-law Chrissie Headley; his grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer, Jeremy, Danielle, Gabe, Autumn, Megan and Zachary; and his sisters, Ethel Crain, Elner Jean Clary and Margaret Letchworth. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
