He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Lee and Mary Alma Clinton; his wife Sandra Gail Clinton; and his granddaughters, Lauren-Nicole Clinton and Michaela Faith Clinton.
He is survived by: his children, Bobbie Lane Clinton, Spencer Dewayne Clinton (Jeannie), Michael Elton Clinton (Tilly) and Crystal Dawn Clinton (Michael Clark); his grandchildren, Destini Taylor Lewis, Spencer Stephen Clinton, Micah Elton Clinton, II, Christian Delayne Clinton, Logan Michael Clark and Lincoln Michael Clark; his great grandchildren, Taylor Lewis, Lacey Chase Lewis, Bodie Clinton and Eilah James Clinton; and his brother Terry Samuel Clinton. He is also survived by two nephews and one niece.
