He is survived by: his wife Martha Willis Rials; his daughters, Tammy Welch (Phillip) of Hurlock, MD and Teri Bates (Charles Keith) of Wesson; his siblings, Carroll Rials (Joanne) of Florence and Jimmie Sue Brock (Albert) of Star; his grandchildren, Jessica Sledge (Jerry), Ben Welch (Ashley), Tristen Rials, John Cotten, Andrew Cotten, Ella Kate Cotten, C. J. Bates and Lacie Bates; and his great grandchildren, Weston Cotten and Hunter Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
