He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Jean Cotman; his parents, Ted M. Cotman and Bernice Cotman; and his sisters, Janis Cotman DeCamillis and Becky Cotman Salzseider.
He is survived by: his children, Theodore S. Cotman, Jr. (Teresa Cotman), Tod H. Cotman (Nancy Stone Cotman) and Trish A. Misko (Ken Brumelow); his sister Barbara Zerr; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cotman Walker (Britt Walker), Lindsey Cotman (Ben Spohn), Madeline Cotman Moses (Kirk Moses), Truitt Cotman-Peterman (Louis Peterman), Jack Henry Cotman, Sawyer Cotman, Colin Anthony Misko and Austin Scott Misko; and his great grandchildren, Reese Walker, Lilly Walker, Maverick Joachim and Maddox Joachim. He is also survived by loving father to his three children.
