It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Cuevas Chapman in Gulfport, Mississippi, born in Necaise, Mississippi, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Grace Mae Cuevas; her siblings, Veda Mae Cuevas, John Cuevas, Buck Cuevas, James "Blue" Cuevas and Michael "Mack" Cuevas; and her great grandchild Myles Harper Matta.
She is survived by: her son Rickey Chapman (Sandra); her sister Helen Curry (Charlie); her grandchildren, Crystal Matta (Joseph) and Shelby Wyrick (Hunter); and her great grandchildren, Brennan, Tatum Matta, Riley and Blakelyn Wyrick.
