She is survived by: her children, William Ray Ballard, Jr. (Melissa) and Mary Belinda Ford (Greg); her grandchildren, Dusty Ballard, Justin Ladner, Jeremy Ford and Jacob Ford; and her brother Michael Nellums. She is also survived by her 4 great grandchildren, her numerous nieces and nephews.
