He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert "Ted" French Kuhn and Audrey Cathrine Kuhn (Drake); his grandparents, Hobert Marshall Kuhn, Maggie May Kuhn (Murphy), Ira Melvin Drake and Iley Frances Drake (Keaton); and his brother Ralph Self (Brenda).
He is survived by: his wife Karen Kuhn (Self); his children, Herbert Ralph "H. R." Kuhn and Kristin Michelle (Kuhn) Stanbro (Norman); his grandchildren, Jacob Allan Kuhn, Haley Nichole Kuhn and Ava Karen-Marie Stanbro; his siblings, Shirley Diane Mayo (Kuhn), Alan Dean Kuhn (Pam) and Alvin Dale "Herbie" Kuhn (Rosalind); his sisters-in-law, April Jordan (Self) and Jerrie Dumas (Self); his close friends, Don Jones and Butch "Doc" Rogers; and his pet Jessie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends.
