He is survived by: his son Richard Stephens; his grandchildren, Jaime Stephens and Dr. James Stephens (Candace); and his great grandchildren, Madisen Smith, Connor Stephens, Morgan Smith, Jordan Smith, Grady Stephens, Graham Stephens, Grayson Stephens and Griffin Stephens.
