He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Willie Bell, Jr.; his grandparents, Charles and Mary Mann; his adoptive father Charles Mann; his grandfather Emmett Barron; his brother Ernest Dewayne Douglas; his grandparents, Willie Bell Sr. and Myrtis Bell; his wife Kemyetta Martin-Mann of Gulfport, MS; his children, Richard Martin (Siara) and Dominique Martin; his adoptive mother Mary Mann; his mother Minister Sandra Barron; his siblings, Minister Timothy Barron, Sr., Minister Nelson Douglas, Jr. (Dorothy), James Sloan, Jr., Angela Barron, Michelle Douglas, Ariel Magee and Cathy Mann-Tatum; his sister-in-law Vacy Douglas; his aunts and uncles, Donald Bell, Melvin Bell, Joyce Bell and Janice Bell; and his grandchildren, India Martin and Adonis Martin. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
