She was predeceased by: her father James Boyd Bingham; her husband Richard Blount; her children, Cathy Leverett, Roxanne Leverett, David Leverett and Eddie Leverett; and her siblings, Joe Bingham and Francis Bingham.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Dale Leverett of Greenwood, MS, Christopher Blount of Teoc, MS, Melissa Leverett of Grenada, MS and Shelia Leverett of Greenwood, MS; and her siblings, Billy Bingham, Buddy Bingham, Zelma Storey of Greenwood, MS, Joyce Brower of Greenwood, MS and Carolyn Pierce. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
