He was predeceased by: his parents, R. B. Logan and Hattie Beth Logan; and his siblings, Connie McClelland, Janie Elizabeth Moor, Bennie Sue Logan, Erma Joyce Jarrett and Jack Richard Logan.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Warford Logan; his children, Terry H. "Beau" Logan, Jr. (Mauri) of Greenwood, MS and Elizabeth Warford Logan-Gray (Mark) of Beaufort, SC; his brother Tom Logan of Houston, TX; and his grandchildren, Terry H. "Luke" Logan, III of Greenwood and Logan Mark Gray of Beaufort, SC..
