It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mavis Adella Heath of Greenwood, Mississippi, born in Merigold, Mississippi, who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ora Myers Sims; and her brother James E. Heath. She is survived by: her husband Master; her children, Mavis Cosper, Connie Sebro (Pat), James F. Heath of Greenwood and Roy W. Heath (Betty) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, David Cosper of Greenwood, Timothy Heath (Barbie) of Riverside, CA and Leslie Butts (Joey); and her great grandchildren, Tyler Tankesly of Greenwood, Aliyah Tankesly of Greenwood and Elena Heath of Riverside, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
