He is survived by: his brother Barry Smith (Judy) of Coila, Mississippi.; his grandchildren, Karen Blackburn of Greenwood, MS and Jerry Dale Blackburn, III (Kathryn) of Cleveland, MS.; his great grandchildren, Lucas Lormand of Greenwood, MS., Ansleigh Lormand of Greenwood, MS. and Vera Leigh Blackburn; and also, Cindy Smith Brown (Rick) of Greenwood, MS and Allen Smith of Brandon, MS..
