He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlis Neede and Donna Tounzen Ferguson; and his sister Jeanette Hamel. He is survived by: his children, Kae King (Bill) of Collierville, TN, Rae Cox (Danny) of Greenwood, Shana Payne (Chris) of Johnson City, TN and Shae Ferguson (Mary Lane) of Winona; and his sister Joan Stowers of Greenwood. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
