He is survived by: his daughter Heather; his siblings, Dianne Freemyer, Carolyn Ann Embree (Mark), Loyd Wayne Blalock, David Blalock (Baye) and Winston Blalock; his nieces and nephews, Rhonda Quirk (Mike), Bill Freemyer (Dee), Chris Blalock (Stephanie), Wendy Blalock, Betsy Blalock, David Carraway, Cory Freemyer, Jaxxon Freemyer, Urijah Mason, Micheal Blalock, Zachary Blalock, Morgan Blalock and Katlyn Blalock; and his close friend Masie McNeil Forman.
