He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jackson Floyd; his children, Rebecca A. Parker (Frank) and Edward Dale Floyd Jr. (Maranda); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Patrick, Franklin, Jesse Parker, Dailyn and Wyatt Floyd; and his sisters, Debbie Williams (Joe), Darlene Carter, Karen Myers and Lisa Simmons (William).
