He was predeceased by: his parents, Loretta Monthie Rutledge and Charles William Rutledge; and his siblings, Bill Rutledge (Mary Beth) of Lexington, MS and Loretta Louise Hathcock of Indianola, MS.. He is survived by: his wife Sara Beth Rutledge of Brandon; his children, Carson Rutledge (Melissa) of Atlanta, GA and Lauren Rutledge (John Keyes) of Greenbrae, CA; his sisters, Ann Rutledge of Atlanta, GA and Lynn Edwards (Billy) of Madison, MS; and his caregivers, Lee, Dr. Murphy Martin, Dr. Donald Mitema, Dr. Carla Monico and Dr. Timothy Cannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
