He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Burleson and Nellie Vowell Robertson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Nobles Robertson; his children, Shannon Phipps (Steve) and Jake Robertson (Shannon); the mother of his children Elayne McMurtray; his grandchildren, Dawson Andrews, Brett Robertson, Savannah and Sean Austin Phipps; his great grandchild Dovonia Richey (David); his siblings, Ruby Lee Stockton (Doug), Dr. R. B. Robertson Jr. (Janie), Kenneth (Mary), Bill (Jan) and Dr. Howard Robertson (Elizabeth); and also Paul David Richey.
A memorial donation may be made in Jim's name to the charity or organization of the donor's choice.
