He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd C. and Minnie Sistrunk Ainsworth; and his brother Kenneth "Kenny" E. Ainsworth. He is survived by: his wife Wanzie Ainsworth; his children, Jeffrey C. Ainsworth (Courtney), Kevin L. McEntyre (Lisa) and Terri L. Ainsworth; his brother Delmus C. Ainsworth (Dorothy); and his granddaughter Brynleigh Klaire Ainsworth.
