She is survived by: her sons, James A. Dawson (Debra) and David W. Dawson (Doreen); her grandchildren, Lauren Dawson, Jessica Dawson, Stephanie Dawson, Christina Dawson and Michelle Thomas; her great grandchildren, Dominick Carter Thomas, Aleah Thomas, Adriana Thomas, Kyle Kay, Kristopher Kay and Siera Jones; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
