She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy V. Cox, Sr. and Eleanor Davis Cox; and her daughter-in-law Stacey Dunaway Cook. She is survived by: her husband Talmadge Cook, Sr.; her children, Tammy Cook, Chris Cook (Laura), Susan Cook Davis, Anna Cook Craven (Raymond), Leslie Cook Abbott (Don) and Talmadge Cook, Jr. (Richelle); her siblings, Beverly Hebert, Jean Conine (Roy) and Roy Cox, Jr. (Rhonda); and her grandchildren, Randy Lee Eaton, Jr., Jeremy Eaton, Stephen Eaton, Jennifer Miller, Shawndee Kendrick, Sarah Yennie, Brandon Davis, Justin Davis, Adam Seymour, Chad Seymour, Joanna Waltman of Christine Cvitanovich, J. J, Montgomery, Jr., Dustin Aderholt, Alissa Abbott and Gavin Cook. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to one's favorite charity in Carolyn's memory.
