He was predeceased by: his wife Ella JoAnn Jones Robbins; his parents, Charles Edward and Alma Bowden Robbins; and his brother Robert William Robbins, III. He is survived by: his sons, Charles A. Robbins, Jr. (Gena), William Dennis Robbins and Patrick Sean Robbins (Robin); his grandchildren, Patrick Robbins (Jessica), Creed Robbins (Kaia), Kate Robbins (Brooke) and Angel Robbins; his great grandchildren, True, Alaia, Liam, Bennett and Forrest Robbins; and his siblings, James Edward Robbins, Beth Carlin (Robert) and Rachel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
