He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Nelms (Brad) and Lindsey Allen (Blake); his grandchildren, Peyton Nelms (Haley), Drew Nelms (Hayley), Taylor Reid Nelms, Hannah Grace Nelms, Jake Allen and Slater Allen; his great grandchild Gunner Nelms; and his siblings, Robert Forsyth (Linda), Greg Forsyth (Kathryn), Hailey Forsyth (Janice), Jimmie Forsyth and Tommie Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
