It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maury Neal Briggs Sr. of Corinth, Mississippi, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edgar Shirley Briggs and Annie Kemp Briggs; his children, Jordan Briggs (Kimberly), Marshall Briggs Clayton Briggs (Katherine), Maury Briggs, Jr. (Dee Dee), Teri Johnson Weedoie (Michael), Tiffney Pinto (John), Patricia Ramey, Icie Briggs, Maurie Anne Briggs and Shyanna Briggs; his brothers, Gary Briggs (Brenda), Larry Briggs (Ruth Ann) and Wayne; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Briggs. He was also cherished by 24 grandchildren.
