He was predeceased by: his parents, John David and Lena Latch; his wife Doris Rider Latch; and his siblings, Weldon Latch, Terry Latch, Garvin Latch, Herman Latch, Ward Latch, Jake Latch, Dorothy Box and Opal Morrow.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Moore and Jan Carter; his grandsons, Cory Carter (Stacey) and Dylan Carter (Staten); and his great grandchildren, Avery Carter, Caleb Carter and Hallie Grace Carter.
