He was predeceased by: his grandson McCade Mask; and his parents, Tommy Mask and Marie Wooten Mask. He is survived by: his children, Tony Mask (Shelia), Teddy Mask (Valerie) and Kelly Warren (Bryan); his grandchildren, Courtney Glidewell (Curtis), Caden Mask (Alyssa), Andrew Mask, Paige Hill (Tyler), Joshua Warren (Victoria), Caleb Warren, Jacob Warren, Jonathan Warren, Olivia Warren, Macy Mask (Ben), Marlee Mask and Maddie Mask; his great grandchildren, Ella, Gray, Asher, Lynnlee, Kasen, Cooper, Corbin and Cole; and his siblings, Charles Mask (Shirley) and Jean Strachan (Kenneth).
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorial donations be made to Wheeler Grove Baptist Church Youth Group.
