He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Burns and Velma Jackson Burns; his sister Bettye Burns Williams (Jimmy); his niece Vicky Williams Haynes; and his great-nephew Justin Williams.
He is survived by: his wife LaWanda; and his children, Alan (Tammy) and Scarlett Williams of Tupelo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Billy Clyde's honor to The Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, Mississippi.
