It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jourdan (Corinth, Mississippi), who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hollis Jourdan; her parents, Albert Strickland and Ellie Strickland; and her siblings, Ruth Vanderford, Verna Worsham, Odell Strickland, Herman Strickland, Fred Strickland and Audie Strickland.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia McGinnis (Darrel), Tammy Gray (Jerry) and Billy Jourdan; her siblings, Jean Latch, Lester Strickland, Albert Strickland, Donnie Strickland and Gary Strickland; and her grandchildren, Terry Tidwell, Samantha Floyd, Chelsea Jourdan, Savannah Jourdan and Ashton Jourdan.
