She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Cook and Holly Dalton Cook; her husband Thomas Kerry Allen; and her siblings, Everett Cook (Bertha), J. T. Cook, Charles Cook, Velma Howard (Leon), Myrtle Woodruff (Lawrence) and Ruby Rencher.
She is survived by: her son Tommy Allen (Sarah); her grandchildren, Tammy Reeves and Jeff Allen (Bea); and her brother Howard Cook (Ruth).
