She is survived by: her children, Leonard Polk (Melissa), Georgia Walker, Trudy Trigg (David), Sally Brantley (Carmen) of Denham Springs, LA and Roberta Jo Patt (Tim); and her grandchildren, Brandy Hernandez (Brandon), Kendall Polk, Kenneth Polk (Ashley), Summer Trigg, Cody Trigg, Derreck Brantley (Taylor), Christopher Patt and Courtney Womble (James).
