She is survived by: her husband Andrew Louis Polk; her daughter Drewe Llyn Jeffcoat (Raymond); her grandchildren, Kyle Jeffcoat (Tori), Cassie Mangum (Mason), Candace Jeffcoat and Rochelle Jeffcoat; her great grandchildren, Emery, Olive Jeffcoat and Malachi Mangum; and her sisters, Joan Bullock and Mary Llyn Sones-Lowe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
