He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Ed" Anthony and Mildred Bennett Anthony; his daughter Jackie Brown; his siblings, Bobby Anthony, Lloyd Anthony and Lucy Felder; and his nephew Tommy Anthony.

He is survived by: his wife Mildred Anthony; his children, Sheila Brock (Mark), Kenneth Anthony (Judy) and William Anthony (Gwen); and his grandchildren, Aaron Ginn, Rachelle Ginn, Jade Brock Morris (Andy), K. W. Anthony (Kimberly), Jace Anthony, Josh Anthony (Jess), Sarah Singley (Alex) and Mirissa King. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
